House of approximately 50m2 including a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms each with 1 140cm bed and 1 wardrobe, a bathroom with basin, shower and washing machine and a separate toilet. Below the house, an outside staircase gives access to a large cellar where it is possible to store bicycles, boards... This staircase also gives access to a courtyard at the back of the house with garden furniture and deckchairs . A parking space in the front yard of the house (vehicle maximum length 4m)
