Two new houses each with an independent entrance and car parking space. The location is ideal between the beach and shops. On the ground floor is the main room with a fitted kitchen open to the living room and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with cupboard, the first with 1 140cm bed and the second with 2 80cm beds, toilet with hand basin. Outside, a terrace with bioclimatic pergola and garden furniture.
Equipment: Television, refrigerator, microwave, small washing machine, vitro hob, vacuum cleaner, plancha.wifi. 1 individual cellar.

End of stay cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
