Description of the accommodation

La Tranche sur Mer, walking distance from the beach and the town center shops. In a small closed residence with a private parking space, pretty semi-detached house of around 30m² entirely renovated with taste including a fitted and equipped kitchen - a living room with dining area and lounge area with sofa and TV. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A steep staircase (not suitable for young children) leading to the mezzanine with two sleeping areas in a row: 1st part, 2 bunk beds of 80cm. 2nd part, 1 double bed of 140cm.
Outside private terrace, closed with garden furniture.
Equipment: fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, barbecue, raclette grill, iron.
End of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
End of stay cleaning by reservation: flat rate of €60. No linen provided.
Provide certificate of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday checks accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season
