Located in La Tranche sur Mer, walking distance from the town center and the beach. Detached house in a quiet area with a beautiful enclosed garden. Ideal for family vacations. House comprising a living room with fireplace (only decorative) opening onto a first terrace at the front of the house. A fitted kitchen opening onto the second terrace at the back of the house, a corridor leading to a first bedroom with 1 140cm bed and a second bedroom with 3 90cm beds, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Equipment: 1 gas stove (4 burners), 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 fridge-freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 ironing board and iron, 1 TV, 1 vacuum cleaner. the washing machine is in the adjoining pantry.
End of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
Cleaning on reservation: package €60. Linen is not provided. An animal accepted: 25€
