Holiday cottage of 29m2, which can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a living room with kitchen area, flat screen TV, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and cupboard, a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, a separate toilet , an attic mezzanine with a 90 cm bed and a 130 cm single bed.
Equipment: large fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, espresso machine.
The rental benefits from a beautiful paved, fenced terrace with garden furniture, awning, and sun loungers. A private parking space is located very close to the house. Condominium with collective swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September and direct access to the beach which is only 500m away.

End of stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.
