Description of the accommodation

Located in an area near the town center of La Teste de Buch, two-storey T3 terraced house of approximately 65 m², in a development which benefits from a secure collective swimming pool accessible during the summer period July and August.
You can park for free on the street.
On the ground floor with living room with TV (the accommodation does not have WIFI) and its dining area. It opens onto the terrace and its garden to enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends. You have direct access to the swimming pool, crossing the wooded park of the subdivision.
A separate kitchen equipped with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. A cellar. A separate toilet.
