2 bedrooms duplex apartment and a sleeping area, for 9 people maximum, on the 11th and last floor of the residence with lift. East facing balcony.

Crossing living room with high ceilings with sofas and flat screen television.

Open plan kitchen with fridge/ freezer, ceramic hobs, microwave combined oven and dishwasher.

SLEEPING CAPACITY:
Separate sleeping area with window in the entrance with one set of bunk beds (ground-floor) = 2 single beds.
Top bunk not suitable for children under 6 years.
1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (level -1).
1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (level -1).
A set of pull out beds and one sofa-bed = 3 single beds.
