From Rodez, take the N88 towards Albi. Cross La Primaube and at the exit of the village turn left on the D902 towards Réquista for 26 km. Cross La Selve and climb for about 1.5 km. Finally turn left towards Bernadié Basse.

To the west of Aveyron, between the Lévézou lakes and the Tarn valley, this independent gîte, not overlooked and pleasantly renovated, is close to Millau at 50 minutes, Rodez at 35 minutes and Albi at 45 minutes. The living room, a beautiful and large bright room opens onto the terrace, a large plot of land and a wide view of the meadows. The proximity of numerous rivers will appeal to fishermen, and hiking enthusiasts will discover the Land of a Hundred Valleys thanks to the numerous trails that crisscross it. Independent gîte on 3 levels in a small hamlet. Kitchen/living room (dishwasher, sofa, armchairs, fireplace, television, internet access), 2 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 2 90 cm bunk beds), mezzanine over living room (1 140 cm bed), bathroom (washing machine , WC). Full electric heating. Unfenced private terrace (20 m²) and land (1500 m²), garden furniture, barbecue, cellar, covered parking. Sheet rental (15€/pair/bed). End of stay cleaning option (60€) - Heating, electricity included. Tourist tax extra.
