Description of the accommodation

This gîte is adjoining an unoccupied house. Raised ground floor. You will enter through the veranda where there is the living room with dining room, air-conditioned lounge (2 sofas, TV, Wifi) and kitchen (combination freezer, microwave, 2 gas burners and 2 induction burners). You will occupy 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and a French window giving access to a private terrace. After 3 steps, you will access 1 bedroom with 1 90x190 bed then 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed. Bathroom with WC. Independent WC.
Baby equipment is available on request (1 child's bed and 1 high chair). 6000m2 open garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking in the enclosed courtyard of the gîte or 10 m away in the public car park. Bicycles (adults-children) can also be made available.
Possibility of doing outdoor activities (petanque, etc.).
The price includes household linen, bicycle rental, bathroom linen, bed linen, heating and electricity. In the heart of the Dordogne Valley, close to remarkable sites (La Roque Gageac, Sarlat, Montignac-Lascaux, Beynac, Domme...) and outdoor activities (hiking, canoeing, swimming, barge...) our gîte will welcome you in a green, quiet setting. From the house, you can set off on marked hiking trails, discover the viewpoints, take advantage of the attractions of the river and go to the nearby village.
