Description of the accommodation

On the ground floor, the Petit Fort gîte has a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. On the 1st floor, 2 other additional bedrooms are at your disposal, each giving access to the terrace. The two bedrooms each have two 90x200 beds, they share a bathroom with shower. Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Underfloor heating and wood stove in winter.
Outdoor terraces with garden furniture, barbecue. And you can enjoy the private swimming pool heated (mid-May to end of September) with chlorine (4mx8m), security by roller shutter. Pool towels are provided. Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair, bathtub, potty. In La Roque-Gageac, a village classified among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France" in the heart of Périgord Noir, close to numerous tourist sites such as the medieval city of Sarlat, the bastide of Domme, the castle of Beynac, the castle of Castelnaud or the Château des Milandes, the Gîte du Fort will be the ideal place for your next vacation. In a 7-hectare wooded park, you will be on the banks of the Dordogne, with privileged access going directly down to the river. For golf tenants, 2 daily green fees offered for the Rochebois golf course (1km).
