Shower room with WC. Electric heating. Unfenced land of 2500 m2 with terrace of 10 m2, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. High windows in the living room but entrance and garden furniture with a view of the forest. Electricity included. Towels €8/person/change. Sheets €12/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €50. The gîte is located 2 km from the Bastide de Domme and the village of La Roque Gageac, classified among the 'most beautiful villages in France' and 8 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage. There will be many activities: barge rides and hot air balloon flights 2 km away at La Roque Gageac, helicopter flights in Domme, fishing, canoeing on the Dordogne, hiking, visits to castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes...), garden visits (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac...)... You will appreciate the calm of this property in a green setting with a forest of holm oaks. A marked walking circuit passes right next to the gîte and allows you to join one of the 26 circuits signposted by the community of communes of Sarlat Périgord Noir.
