Description of the accommodation

On the ground floor, the Fort gîte has a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. On the 1st floor, three other additional bedrooms are at your disposal, each giving access to the terrace. The first suite has a 160x200 bed and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub and separate WC. The other two bedrooms each have two 90x200 beds and they share a bathroom with shower. Independent WC. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Underfloor heating and wood stove in winter.
Outdoor terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and view of the owners' castle. You can enjoy the private heated swimming pool (mid-May to end of September) with chlorine (4mx8m) depth 1.50m, security by roller shutter and an alarm. Pool towels are provided. Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair, bathtub, potty. Along the D703 between Vitrac and La Roque-Gageac, a village classified among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France" in the heart of Périgord Noir, close to numerous tourist sites such as the bastide town of Domme, the medieval town of Sarlat, the Château de Beynac, Château de Castelnaud or even Château des Milandes, the Gîte du Fort will be the ideal place for your next vacation. In a 7-hectare wooded park, you will be on the banks of the Dordogne, with privileged access going directly down to the river.
