A Villa of 180 m2 on 400 m2 garden for- 8/10 people , perfectly equipped because occupied by its owner outside the rental periods.

The ground floor is composed of an entrance with storage, a bright living space (livingroom and kitchen) of 100 m2 with a view on the garden and the swimming pool.
For lovers of gastronomy, the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your specialties.

Overlooking the garden, you will appreciate the parental suite, with a 160 cm double bed and its private bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Opposite, you will find another bedroom with a 140 cm double bed.
The ground floor also consists of a laundry room with washing-machine, dryer and sink, furniture. Separate toilets with a hand wash complete this level.

Upstairs, a first bedroom, with a view on the garden,contains a double bed and another single bed and a desk.
Opposite, another bedroom has a double bed and also a desk.
All the rooms have equipped cupboards.

A mezzanine, furnished with a convertible sofa for 2 people that can be used as a bed. A tv, game console, printer, electric piano and comic books are at your disposal.

Add a bathroom with bathtub and shower and of course a separate toilet with hand-wash.

The garden and its illuminated swmming pool will help you to spend moments of conviviality between yourselves.
You will have at your disposal a barbecue WEBER and plancha to prepare your meals outside.

On your arrival, you will find the basic necessities (tea,coffee,sugar, oil, [hidden] also paper towels and toilet paper).
