Ideal house to organize a stay with family or friends.
Large single storey house with its beautiful wooded garden, 2 kms from the historic center of La Rochelle.

On 130 m2 of living space and 180 m2 of garden, not overlooked, equipped with a large living room, a veranda for your meals, a well equipped kitchen, and 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom with bunk beds), a shower room, a bathroom with toilet, another toilet, and a laundry room this house will be the ideal place to meet you.
Please inform us of your arrival time as soon as you know it (maximum 2 hours before) so that you do not wait on site.

On the other hand, I remind you that bed linen and towels are provided on request and in this case, the laundry costs will be charged, payable on site by credit card (+ 2 euros) or via the platform at no additional cost or in cash/cheque:

- 10€/person for bathroom linen (1 bath towel, 1 towel).
The duvets and pillows are provided.
