Nestled in the Brenne Regional Natural Park, at the gateway to the Creuse Valley and close to Châteauroux, you'll enjoy a preserved setting conducive to relaxation and discovery. Between bucolic walks, wildlife observation, and the surrounding heritage, let yourself be captivated by the authenticity of this region of a thousand ponds. This former, detached farmhouse welcomes you in a peaceful setting, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Nestled in the heart of a vast, wooded garden, complete with a swing for children, it also offers a beautiful shaded terrace under an arbor, perfect for al fresco dining.
On the ground floor, a spacious fitted kitchen with a double-sided fireplace opens onto the living room, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A shower room and toilet complete this space.
Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a 130 cm bed, as well as a mezzanine with a second double bed, ideal for a cozy sleeping area.
