Halfway between Fontainebleau, Orléans and Chartres, an hour and a half from Paris or Versailles, renovated family house in the heart of the village, in the Essonne valley with its mills and hiking trails, between Beauce and Gâtinais . The house is in the village, with a pleasant, quiet enclosed courtyard at the back.

7 minutes from one of the most beautiful villages in France Yèvre Châtel, 10 minutes from the tors de Puiseaux bell tower, 20 minutes from the Leisure Island of Buthiers, 40 minutes from the Château de Fontainebleau, 1 hour from the Château de Sully -sur-Loire. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: an entrance, a large living room with an equipped kitchen open to the dining room and the living room (TV) overlooking the interior courtyard, a separate WC, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer linen, small fridge).

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with 1 160x200 bed, another with 1 140x200 bed and the last with 2 90x200 beds (can be joined on request to make a 180 bed), independent bathroom (bath, sink , bidet), a separate toilet.

EXTERIOR: Courtyard closed by a gate at the back of the house with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue and electric plancha). Covered shelter with ping-pong table. Possible parking for 2 cars in the courtyard.

[Deposit of €300 (or €400 if animal). Oil heating billed from October 1 to April 30 in addition (10€/day). A flat rate of €100 will be requested for cleaning on arrival.]

For long stays or business stays, every two weeks, a cleaning fee of €100 will be charged in addition as well as a change of sheets in occupied rooms.
