Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and an adjoining shower room, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and 90 cm bunk beds, and a bathroom with a toilet. Freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, television, and baby equipment include a travel cot, bathtub, and chair. Enclosed garden at the front and back with a terrace and covered area for bicycles. Garden furniture, barbecue, sun lounger, and two deckchairs are available. Parking is available in parking space #370. Pets are not allowed. A free tennis court and two additional paid tennis courts are available in the residence, as well as a ping-pong table and a pétanque court. A cleaning fee of €108 is available.
