LE PUITS CHARRAUD has a spacious living room which revolves around a majestic fireplace (not functional) and a fitted and equipped independent kitchen.
The sleeping area has 4 bedrooms, details of which you will find below and an additional bedroom annexed to the ground floor. (entrance independent of the house).

- a first bedroom with a 140 bed as well as a shower cubicle and washbasin.
- A second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, shower cubicle and toilet,
- a third bedroom with a 160 bed
- a suite with a 160 bed, shower room and dressing room.

- An annex with a double bed and a shower room/wc. (Independent of the house)
