The owners of the gîte la Terrasse du Loir in La Flèche offer you a new property which is also located on the banks of the Loir. The first gîte is completely finished and all the travelers are extremely delighted with the result.
We want to make this place a reference in La Flèche. No work is necessary inside. You can rent the house without problems, we are located 2km from La Flèche Zoo.
For an ideal stay with family or friends, this charming house with a capacity of 6 people (8 people with the convertible sofa in the living room), is located by the river. The parking lot is an integral part of the property.
At your disposal, a beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV, sofa, fireplace, free internet access. WC at the back of the kitchen.
We have a half level (only seven steps) which serves three bedrooms plus a shower room with separate WC.
A sheltered terrace offering a magnificent view of the land and the river.
This place can accommodate good humor but not birthday parties or other evenings which would harm the tranquility of nearby neighbors. We are not in an isolated place.
Regarding the land, it will be under construction (only when it is not rented so as not to disturb travelers) from April until the end of July because we want to make it a haven of peace so that our customers feel just like the first cottage. We are therefore going to completely transform it to install a swimming pool with a 1m80 telescopic shelter so that we can be warm if the weather is mixed. A beautiful terrace with synthetic lawn all around, deckchairs and a pergola will also be created around it.
Below, we won't forget the pétanque court.
And the entire land will obviously be surrounded by a beautiful rigid mesh fence and its gate to access the Loir and of course a pontoon for lounging or for fishing enthusiasts.
