Located at the gates of Sologne, an hour and a half from Paris, 30 min from Chambord, 15 min from Lamotte Beuvron, 15 min from Orléans, in the heart of La Ferté Saint Aubin (Loiret), the Gîte du Pré Blot welcomes you to explore, among other things, the natural jewels of our region. You will discover, through this site, an overview of all that our region has to offer, both in terms of culture and leisure, near your holiday resort.
This rural house of 180 m² living space for 7 people with 450 m² of land in the heart of the village of La Ferté Saint Aubin, close to amenities and the castle. On the ground floor: Entrance hall with dressing room, luggage storage and access stairs to the first floor.
Living space of 75 m²: living room with fireplace, dining room and open fitted kitchen. Parental bedroom with a 140 cm bed and WC with washbasin. Shower room with wc.
The entire ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) with private shower room and WC, a bedroom with a single 90 cm bed, a dressing room and wardrobe.
Outside you will find a 30 m² wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a Jacuzzi (extra, €70 per week, from April 1 to September 30) and the 450 m² garden with lawn.
Possibility to park 2 vehicles in the courtyard and also at your disposal private garage (with dryer and additional refrigerator).
Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Heating included. End of stay cleaning included.
A cleaning deposit will be requested on site = 60€.
Dogs (not cats) are accepted with a supplement of 5€ per night per dog. The entire ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
