It includes a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with built-in storage, a fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, microwave, fridge, dishes, coffee maker), a dining area with a high table and stools, a lounge corner with a TV, and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink with storage, and WC.

Outdoors, you'll enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, perfect for soaking up the Périgord sunshine. The cottage offers direct access to the lake and is set in a peaceful natural environment, ideal for relaxing.
