Come and spend your holidays in an apartment just 50 metres from the beaches of La Ciotat.

Accommodation:
The apartment is located on the second and last floor of the building, so it offers you a lovely sea view from the terrace!

The residence is completely secure with several small gates for pedestrians and a large electric gate for cars.

On the night side you will find a bedroom equipped with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and some storage space.
In the living room you will also find a fold-out sofa bed.

The shower room has an Italian-style shower, a single sink, a towel dryer and a washing machine. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

On the terrace, a table with chairs is at your disposal to admire this lovely sea view!

Parking:
You can park in the residence but the space is not reserved or private!

The apartment is located right in front of Lumière beach, which is protected by dikes and rocks, to offer you a protected swimming spot. You can put your towel on the fine sand, near the lifeguard station which provides surveillance in the summer season.
La Ciotat is a city that offers many sports and water activities. It has countless churches and historical monuments that make it a top destination for your holidays with family or friends.

Sheets and bath towels:
Optional and upon request (20 euros for a single bed kit / 25 euros for a double bed kit and 15 euros for towels with one large and one small per person).

Cleaning:
This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Animals:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested upon handing over the keys. The amount is equal to one week's rental.
