Housing :
Located a stone's throw from the water, come and enjoy a family vacation in this duplex accommodation with quality services. Indeed this one is of a good standard.

The entrance opens directly onto the living room with open and equipped kitchen. There is a dining area and a relaxation area opening onto the terrace which extends the apartment to the outside. We have set up a corner for your aperitifs.

On the night side, the apartment has three bedrooms. The first offers a double bed 140 x 190 cm. The second upstairs offers a 160X200 bed and finally the third bedroom is attic and therefore only suitable for a child with a 90X190 bed.

Finally, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a double sink, a shower and a towel dryer. Two toilets, one of which is independent.

Parking:
The residence has private parking. You have an assigned place.
Access to the residence is private (automatic gate).
