At the gates of Laval, this gîte is a true haven of peace with its 1000 m² of wooded land, its 7300 m² lake, its animals (ponies and donkey) and its equipment (portico with swing, pétanque court... ).
You will enjoy the calm and an exceptional view of the green Mayenne countryside.
The private pond, located 330 meters from the gîte, offers carp, roach, tench, it's a fishermen's paradise! As a bonus, you have an annex next to the gîte equipped with a sink and refrigerator, ideal for storing and preparing fish.
Want to have fun: the city of Laval is only 10 minutes away with shops, museums, attractions and activities all year round.
