Housing :
For your holidays we offer you this charming air-conditioned villa, ideal for holidays with family or friends.

On the ground floor you will find a large and beautiful, very bright living room with open kitchen, all with direct access to the terrace and its barbecue area.

Upstairs you will find the four bedrooms as well as a shower room and a bathroom.

A very bright first bedroom thanks to its terrace equipped with a king size bed 160 x 200 cm. Then we have two additional bedrooms each equipped with a single bed (these two can be converted into a 140 double bed) ideal for children!

Two steps from the first three bedrooms you will find a very spacious shower room equipped with a double sink.

Finally, a third bedroom is available to you, this one is equipped with another king size bed 160 x 200 cm and a bathroom equipped with a good size bathtub.

Outside you have a large terrace equipped with several deckchairs, a table in a shaded area for your meals and a large swimming pool.
No worries, access to the swimming pool is secured by a barrier!

Parking:
In the garden it is possible to park two vehicles in a row.

Equipment:
Outdoor barbecue, a microwave, a fridge, a large freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker are at your disposal; sufficient dishes and kitchen utensils for 8 people. There is also a washing machine

The environment :
La Cadière d'Azur, located in the southwest of the Var, very close to the Mediterranean, is a Provencal hilltop village of character which has retained all its authenticity. Its panoramic view allows you to discover, under an azure blue sky, the lush countryside of the Paluns plain, in the distance the Sainte Baume massif and the bay of St-Cyr-La Ciotat.

Sheets and towels:
Included in your reservation. We provide bedding for the entire villa. In addition we put one large and one small towel per person.

Bail:
You will be asked for a credit card imprint when handing over the keys. The amount is equal to one week's rental.
