Tastefully decorated single storey detached house close to the beach. It consists of an entrance with cupboard, a first bedroom with 160 bed and cupboard, a bathroom, separate WC, a living room with open fitted kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer section), a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed and cupboard, a bathroom with WC, a cellar with a washing machine, a third bedroom with a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm bunk beds. Outside, pretty enclosed garden with terrace and synthetic turf, garden furniture and stone barbecue. Garage used as a storeroom (tumble dryer). Possibility to park several cars in the property.
