Description of the accommodation

On the ground floor, you can access the living-dining room equipped with a television and a leather sofa, the adjoining fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will have a 1st bedroom with 1 140x190 cm bed, a 2nd bedroom with 1 160x200 cm bed, a 3rd bedroom with 2 90x190 cm beds and a bathroom with shower . You can enjoy a beautiful open veranda with plancha and view of the private unheated swimming pool (chlorine, 3.5m x 7m, depth 1.5m-1.80m, with alarm, access by staircase) open all year round and relax on the deckchairs without any vis-à-vis. A fully enclosed 200 m2 garden is at your disposal. For horse riding enthusiasts, you can accommodate your own horses on site with the owner's agreement. Baby equipment: bed, chair, potty, reducer, bathtub. Cleaning at end of stay 120€. Sheets and towels included. This beautiful house surrounded by vineyards is close to all the major sites: Les Eyzies de Tayac (capital of Prehistory), International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac, Sarlat (medieval city with exceptional heritage), La Roque-Gageac (village classified among the Most Beautiful Villages in France), Château des Milandes where Joséphine Baker lived, Jardins de l'Imaginaire in Terrasson... It will seduce you with its veranda, its calm, with the fields of vines of owners active all around in the area. Still on the estate, below the gîte, approximately 250 m away, you can easily access 2 ponds where you can fish without a no-kill license. Children will enjoy contact with farm animals: sheep, horses, poultry. Grown-ups will be able to visit the vineyards, the cellar and taste the estate's wine.
