This luxury villa Villa Heemstede is located 4 km from the beautiful sandy
beach of Estartit. This long and wide beach of more than 5 km, is ideal for
families with children, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea.

For the more adventurers, the area of L'Estartit is perfect for nature walks,
for example to the Montgri Castle or to smaller bays along the coast. The
centerpiece of this region are the Illes Medes, small islands in the sea, which
you can visit by boat and/or where you can practice diving. The town itself is
also worth a visit with its charming downtown and beautiful harbor.

To stay at the house is certainly no punishment in Villa Heemstede. It has got
a lovely private pool with sunbeds to relax on. The large spacious garden with
his various terraces give you an atmosphere of peace, and above all, an optimal
holiday feeling! From here you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea and
the coastline. This villa is located in the green urbanization Torre Vella and
consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with
fireplace and French doors to the garden, the beautiful kitchen, dining area,
