The property is located in the urbanization Roca Maura, about 1 km from the beautiful sandy beach and the center of L'Estartit. You can also change the Mediterranean Sea for a swim in the pool, because 50 meters from the house you have the large communal pool with sunbathing area, again located next to a rock! There is also a tennis court, which you can use for a small fee. Casa Roca consists of a living room with dining area, separate kitchen and three double bedrooms, all with an entrance to the balcony from where you have great views! Furthermore, this house has got two bathrooms, one with toilet and shower and one with toilet and sauna. On top of the tower is a sun terrace which overlooks the beautiful Medes Islands.
