A good recommendation is not only to visit L'Estartit and its beautiful sandy beach, but also have a day of touring around the region to discover villages (with lovely bays) such as Begur, Pals and Peratallada, all within a 20 km radius! Right next to the house you have the very nice communal swimming pool with sunbathing area, and even a tennis court! Also from here you can fully enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the mountain 'Roca Maura. Behind the house is a cosy garden with dining table where you can enjoy a paella and a glass of wine. Via a staircase you can also reach the sun terrace. Moladera consists of a spacious, tastefully furnished living room with dining area, fireplace, TV and doors to the terrace with seaview. The open kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, There are 3 double bedrooms, of which one is the master bedroom with bathroom and access to the terrace, and a second bathroom.
