Detached villa, built on a 500 m² plot, it has a lovely garden and a fenced 8mx
4m swimming pool. It is located about 300 m. from the sea, 400 m. From the
Calafat port and about 600m from the beautiful sandy beach called "La Almadrava
". The house (excluding terraces), has an area of 110 m² and consists of three
bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with shower, one bedroom with two single
beds, a bathroom with bath, independent kitchen and dining room from which you
can access to the covered terrace. It has kitchen utensils, crockery,
glassware, etc... Glass ceramic oven top, electric oven, fridge with freezer,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and TV. The house has a barbeque and an
outdoor shower. It has WIFI.
