Romain acquired this property in 2008 which has remained completely original. He undertook major works while retaining the original elements to revive the buildings that have been more or less abandoned due to successive inheritances. The remarkable dovecote dates from 1877 with its zinc niches. The "Swiss Chalet" aspect of the main house is totally atypical of the region with its pointed roofs, awning, wooden balconies and valances. It is representative of the "hygienist" houses of the end of the 19th century, to attract Parisians in search of fresh air, greenery and pure water in an atmosphere worthy of the Swiss mountain pastures!

Description of the accommodation

Floor: STUDIO (double bed 180 x 200 cm) with kitchen, adjoining bathroom and toilet extra: €110 per night and €300 per weekend for 2 nights. Games room (double sofa bed, Bonzini table football, Eurobillard American billiards, games tables). "La Galerie" is a superb estate from 1867 dedicated to well-being and sportsmen, certified by the Heritage Foundation, a stone's throw from the town center of L'Aigle served by the train station (Paris-Granville line). With a magnificent enclosed wooded park crossed by the river with a 200m2 pond full of fish for fishing enthusiasts (rudds, trout, carp, roach...) and ornamental pond (ducks, koi carp, donkeys and llama) all two NOT CLOSED. The owner lives on site discreetly. The cottage can be rented for 6 people or 12 people (G804) but never to 2 different clients on the estate.
