The Dome of Carpe Diem invites you to live intensely in the present moment in direct contact with nature. This unique round wooden frame house seems to be set like a cabin dominating the treetops on the slopes of Jurançon, facing the Pyrenees mountain range. Cottage 6/7 people. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer).
Living room, lounge area (TV), pantry (washing machine). 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed) with connecting bathroom (shower, bath, toilet). 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed) with connecting bathroom (shower, toilet). Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 90 cm beds + 1 90 cm extra bed). Shower room/wc. Electric heating extra.
Possibility of connecting an electric car to a conventional domestic exterior socket (slow charging).
Enclosed sloping land 1.4 ha, woods and meadows (1 donkey), panoramic terrace facing the mountains.
Garden furniture, electric barbecue. Beds made for your arrival and towels provided. Internet connection with a 4G mini-box via WIFI of 10 GB per week (classic navigation). Paid recharge beyond €10/5 GB recharge.
The slopes of the terrain and the fine cable safety railings on the terrace are not suitable for young children who will need to be supervised.
On the property, the establishment of an orchard garden conducted in permaculture on the one hand and the presence of a donkey on the other hand, requires the regular presence of the owner to take care of the crops, do the annual pruning of the fruit trees, collect the produce of vegetables and fruits (which are generally shared with the occupants of the lodge when the season permits) and to take care of the donkey.
