300m from the beach, in a quiet area, take full advantage of your stay in this pretty single-storey house comprising a living room/lounge, a fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction hob), a fitted scullery ( washing machine, microwave, gas cooker, Magimix). On the sleeping side, two bedrooms with double beds of 140 and a bedroom with two beds pushed together of 80 await you. The bathroom (walk-in shower and double basins) and the toilets are separate. Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden with terrace and furniture, and BBQ.
