The little house deep in the woods (private forest, hunting area, no walking allowed), this cottage is located in the heart of the Sologne forest, on a wooded estate, in a relaxing setting (after leaving the road, you'll have to go deep into the forest for 3 minutes on a path). This independent cottage has a private, enclosed space and a very large, lush garden. Linens are included and beds are made upon arrival.
The accommodation is close to Cléry Saint-André, Beaugency, and the Loire Valley. For your family reunions, another cottage is located on the property (1 km). Ground floor: large living/dining room with lounge and fireplace, separate kitchen, separate toilet, 1 very large bedroom (1 double bed) with en-suite bathroom (this is the only bathroom in the house). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds each), sink in 1 bedroom.
Gîte open from April to the end of August.
Rates include: sheets, electricity, and water.
Mandatory cleaning every two weeks for long stays.
Deposit: €450 (except for rentals of more than two weeks, a deposit of €700 is required).

A10 from Orleans. At Orléans Nord, right lane. After Orléans Centre, turn right onto the La Source Clermont slip road. At the Source toll booth, immediately turn right on the D15 towards Jouy-le-Potier. Go straight for 15 km. In Jouy, take the road to the right of the church D 103 d°Lailly-en-Val Beaugency. After 3 km, turn right into a Le Petit Pordet property entrance.
