EVA RECOMMENDS invites you to stay in our stylish and modern one-bedroom apartment in the historic center of Seville.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has an [hidden] apartment has a spacious room with two single beds.
It also has a bathroom with shower equipped with hand soap, gel and shampoo, and the living room that is divided into an integrated and fully equipped kitchen, the dining table, a sofa bed, flat screen TV, heating, central air conditioning and Wi-Fi [hidden] apartment also has large windows that face the outside and allow you to have excellent natural light.

We have a laundry room available to all guests of the building, with a washer and dryer (room in the basement).
It is totally forbidden to smoke in all the facilities of the building and apartment, make noise and disturb other guests, hold any type of party/event and make improper use of the [hidden] case of non-compliance with these rules, the guest will be responsible for the repair/solution of any incident.
