Entrance through the garage and access to the apartment on the 1st floor. Washing machine and dryer in the garage. Entrance, large bright living room of 116m² with equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, access to a mezzanine. Separate WC, 2 bedrooms facing the garden, all with private shower room and WC. 1 bedroom has a 160x200 bed (or 2 twin 80x200 beds) and 1 bedroom has a 180x200 bed (or 2 twin 90x200 beds).
