Detached house located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the center of the village of Jard-sur-Mer, about a ten-minute walk from Boisvinet beach (approximately 950 m) and the town center (approximately 750 m).
You will enjoy an entrance hall leading to a living room with a sofa and television, opening through an alcove onto a dining room overlooking the terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Access to a fully equipped and fitted kitchen. A hallway leads to three bedrooms, two of which each have a 140 x 190 cm bed, and a second with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower cubicle. A separate toilet. A laundry room with a washing machine can also accommodate your bicycles, surfboards, or trailer. The partially enclosed garden is bordered by maritime pines and oaks. Parking is available on the property.
Please note that the accommodation does not have internet access (Wi-Fi), and the fireplace is not functional. The accommodation is non-smoking inside and our pets are not accepted.

The house is a 10-minute walk from the town center and Boisvinet beach. The forest is 5 minutes away!
