Gîte in a pleasant Basque house, adjoining the owner's apartment at the rear (separate entrance), near the town of Irissarry and 17km from St Jean-Pied-de-Port.
Ground floor: entrance, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, oven) with dining area, living room with insert fireplace and pellet stove, 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed), bathroom /wc, wc, pantry (washing machine). The ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed, 1 140 cm bed, 1 90 cm bed, 1 baby bed), toilet.
Heating with wood and pellets extra depending on consumption. 1st outbreak free then 60€/stere.
Beds made on arrival. Private terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Parking in the courtyard of the house. Garden.
Numerous hikes departing from the lodge.
