Gîte Bertrine benefits from an ideal location for discovering Chalosse and its Landes art of living during your vacation for two or your spa treatment. You can also access the village center on foot, which offers all shops and services, and take a stroll on the nearby greenway. On site, the heated swimming pool from May to September (dimensions 10mx5m, maximum depth 1.80m) to share with the owners promises moments of relaxation and relaxation. The owner will also introduce you to and taste duck products from his farm 300m away, foie gras, preserves, pâtés... a whole range of flavors for quality local products in a short supply chain! Absolutely worth discovering. This independent rental is furnished on one level. A private covered terrace of 13m² extends the interior living space with its garden furniture, electric plancha and sun loungers and gives direct access to the swimming pool. The private washing machine is located in the cellar (access from the terrace). For your comfort, heating, electricity and water are included in the price. A travel cot can be provided on request.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
