We welcome you to Herm, a small Landes village, between forest and ocean, for a comfortable stay with your tribe, family or friends. From here, the beaches are only 30 minutes away, Dax 15 minutes without forgetting that the Basque Country and Spain are also easily accessible. Villa Paul is a beautiful, typical half-timbered house. You will be seduced by its typical architecture, its history of almost 200 years, its private heated swimming pool (8m x 4m secured by an alarm, open from June to September), its covered terrace which extends the interior living space, its volumes as well as its level of comfort. Each room has a private bathroom to promote privacy for all. The private enclosed garden of 650m² ensures tranquility and security for all. A new unmissable address to discover all year round. This independent house is beautiful and air-conditioned. It consists of: on the ground floor a large living room with lounge (TV, WIFI), dining room and open kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine), a bathroom, 2 separate toilets. Upstairs 4 bedrooms (4 140x190 beds, a 2-seater sofa bed), 3 bathrooms integrated into the bedrooms. A 5th bedroom is located on the ground floor: it is only accessible from the outside and has a separate entrance and a private bathroom with toilet. For your comfort, sheets, bathroom and household linen are included, as are water, electricity and heating consumption. Parking is on the street or in the multi-purpose room parking lot on site.
