Located on the ground floor, it has a bright living/dining room/kitchen area of almost 70 m², a “sleeping area” made up of 3 bedrooms (1 double bed/12 m²; 1 double bed/13 m² and 2 single beds/13 m²), a bathroom, a toilet.
