From here, the beaches are only 30 minutes away, Dax 15 minutes without forgetting that the Basque Country and Spain are also easily accessible. La Petite Villa Paul is a beautiful half-timbered house, you will be seduced by its typical architecture, its nearly 200-year history, its private heated swimming pool (8m x 4m secured by an alarm, open from June to September), its covered terrace which extends the interior living space, its volumes as well as its level of comfort. The private enclosed garden of 650m² ensures tranquility and security for all. This independent air-conditioned house consists of: on the ground floor a large living room with lounge (TV, WIFI), dining room and open kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric oven, micro -waves, washing machine), a bathroom, 2 separate toilets. Upstairs 3 bedrooms (3 140x190 beds) including 2 bedrooms with integrated bathrooms.
