Very nice, completely renovated T4 apartment, located on the 3rd floor without elevator of a quiet residence. The apartment is spacious and bright, ideal for a relaxing vacation.
This T4 apartment, classified 2 stars, offers a comfortable and modern living space. It consists of three bedrooms, ideal for accommodating up to 6 people. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed and storage space.
The rooms are composed as follows:
A 140 bed for the first bedroom next to the living room and a large balcony, the second bedroom with 2 small 90 cm mattress beds side by side (which can also make a 160 bed) finally the third bedroom is equipped with 'a 160 bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an Expresso coffee machine with a percolator and another filter coffee maker. All the rest of the equipment is also modern and new, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The bathroom has also been completely renovated and has a modern walk-in shower and a towel dryer.

The residence is located in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere that residents enjoy keeping throughout the year. Access to the car park is free, allowing you to park your vehicle in complete peace of mind.
