3 km from Hautefort (All shops), detached house of 50 m2 near a house. Ground floor: Kitchen. Living room lounge area. Bathroom. Separate WC. Floor: 1 bedroom: 1 140 cm bed. Electric heating. Mobile air conditioner (KING D’HOME CLIO 781).
Unfenced land of approximately 375 m2 with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and pétanque balls. 2 adult bicycles (without helmets) on request only so that they are available upon your arrival.
