Typical salt worker's house, adjoining that of the owners, quietly located near the salt marshes, 2 km from the ramparts of Guérande, 5 km from the beaches and 7 km from La Baule and the wild coast. Charming semi-enclosed garden of 300 m² (facing south) with zip line. Local bikes.
Ground floor: living room (wood stove) open to fitted kitchen, living room (2 steps) and shower room/WC (1 step).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 3 90x190 beds including 2 bunk beds, 3: 2 twin 80x190 beds) and bathroom/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, TV with Canal + access, DVD player, complete baby equipment and shared washing machine on request.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, wood, sheets, towels and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (110€).
