In the heart of intramural Guérande (restaurants/shops on site) and 5 km from the beaches, in a 17th century building, pretty atypical apartment (3rd floor without lift) having preserved its authenticity (parquet floor...) and offering a pretty unobstructed view of Guérande and the sea.
Entry pass for intramural parking.
Large living room (fireplace and sofa bed), separate open kitchen, bathroom (+ shower), separate WC, 2 open and attic duplex sleeping areas, accessible by miller's ladders (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds ).
