Old renovated cottage adjoining another house, located near the salt marshes, the GR34 and 3 km from the ramparts of Guérande. Enclosed garden of 200 m² with terrace.
Ground floor: living room/living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed) with private shower room, separate WC. Floor: 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed), landing/relaxation area (1 90x190 bed), bathroom/wc.
Additional equipment: TV with foreign channels, baby bed.
Not included: electric heating, sheets, towels, electricity and tourist tax.
Cleaning deposit (75€). Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (€75).
