In an exceptional estate dependent on the Château de Bruc, located in a quiet area, 2.5 km from the town of Guémené, 20 km from Redon (TGV station) and 60 km from Nantes and Rennes, the gîte du château is an old, independent house, renovated and furnished with quality.
Unenclosed garden of 3000 m² with gravelled terrace (facing south), with climbing frame, table tennis, badminton net and ball/rackets. Parking in the property (canopy).
Ground floor: large living room/living room, separate fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 twin 90x200 beds), bathroom and separate WC.
