Entirely renovated in a “waterside” atmosphere, its decor gives it incredible charm and its wooden terrace is a real gem for lunch or enjoying the sun. You will find on the first floor, a living room opening onto the terrace, consisting of a TV lounge with fixed sofa. A fully equipped modern US kitchen (oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer). A bathroom with shower, sink, separate toilet. The shaded terrace facing south-east has garden furniture and deckchairs.
On the mezzanine, two sleeping areas: a separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed and television, a second bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds with television and dressers.
You will also have the garage at your disposal to drop off your beach belongings or park your car there !

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit : with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

In fact, its typical alleys form circles around the Tower which sits proudly at the top of its rock and dominates the ponds. Stroll through its typical narrow streets in Mediterranean colors, then head to the port to enjoy an ice cream while observing the boats of the harbor master's office. In the evening, a short visit to the Casino le Pheobus guarantees you a pleasant moment.

If you come to Gruissan you can take the opportunity to visit the village with the Barbarossa Tower and the port. The Notre Dame des Auzils Chapel and its marine cemetery. The salt marshes of Gruissan without forgetting the unmissable chalets!

How to get to Gruissan:
The easiest way is by road, especially to be able to move around as you see fit. To do this, simply take the motorway towards Narbonne. At the “Narbonne Est” interchange, head towards “Les Plages”.
If you decide to come by train, you will arrive at Narbonne TGV station, located about 15 kilometers away. To reach Gruissan, you can take line 8 of the Citibus network which connects Gruissan and Narbonne.
Finally, if you are traveling by plane, the nearest airport is Béziers, located 50 km away.
